1) “You Are What You Eat”

You’re probably tired of hearing this phrase. However, my tip is simple. The first thing you should do in the morning is drinking a cup of hot water with lemon juice. Lemon is a powerful detoxifier. You’ll have a clearer skin and it will also help you lose weight!

2) “You Are What You Drink”.

You’ve probably also heard this a thousand times before: “Drink water! you’ll be healthier!” No surprise, it’s true. Your face will look younger and clearer. Put some drops of lemon juice or mint essential oil and drink it with a straw during the day!  Add ice cubes, slices of lemon or mint leaves (or both) and voilà! It’s so refreshing during the summer and makes great instagram photos!

How Much Water Should You Drink Every Day?

Take half your body weight (lbs), and drink that amount in ounces of water.

Add 12 ounces of water to your daily intake for every 30 minutes of workout.

3) “Everybody, Move Your Body”

We’re living in a time, in which people go to the gym to be fit and healthy. Many of them are not enjoying it. Michelle Obama advices to find sports that you like. You’ll engage more energy and you’ll feel more fulfilled if you do something you like. You may find a new talent who knows!

If you’re not a “fit girl” or a sport person, you can workout in the comfort of your home.

In my opinion, Just Dance counts as a sport. If you have the Just dance now version on your phone you have a calorie counter. This game is amazing because even if you’re sweaty, exhausted and your legs and shaking, you’ll still want to play.

4) Clean Your Face

Use a gentle soap like Alepia or Marseille Soap, two times a day, in the morning and before going to sleep.

Chickpea Flour is an amazing cleaner for sensible skin. Mix it with water, let it rest for 1 or 2 minutes and it’s ready to use. You can use it as many times as you want it will not irritate your skin and it has a small exfoliating effect.

5) Moisturizing

Coconut oil is your friend. You can use any moisturizer of your choice, but make sure the ingredients are not made of too many chemicals. Apply it every night before going to sleep.

However, your skin needs to breath to be healthy. Try to spend the day without cream or makeup on your face. I know it’s hard. In particular, if you’re going to work or school and people will be judging you: “Are you sick? Are you ok? You look so tired!” Try to wear less and less makeup as day goes by. Slowly step by step, people will not notice and if your skin is becoming healthier you’ll have less and less to hide under make-up. As Shakira said in an interview:

6) Get Rid of Imperfection and Pimples

Apple cider vinegar is your best friend. (Aloe vera gel work the same) Every night dilute apple cider vinegar with water and apply it with on your face. It may burn and smell bad but it’s worth it. Vinegar is a natural cleanser and have an antibacterial effect.

7) Use a Blackheads Remover

Remove blackheads with your fingers or a blackheads remover after a hot shower. Redness may appear and scars if you’re a beginner. This can be done by professionals in some aesthetic salons.

 

Easy Routine For a Perfect Skin

Consistency is the key to many things in life. You will not obtain the result that you want if you don’t work every day. You want white teeth? Brush them every day. A healthy body? Watch out what you eat and workout. A nice skin? Follow this routine.

Morning:

  • Clean your face with a gentle soap
  • Enjoy a hot cup of water with lemon.

During the Day:

  • Drink water
  • Move, work out

Before Sleep:

  • Clean your face
  • Apply coconut oil or apple cider vinegar

  • Wash your face with a natural gentle soap: Alepia Soap, Olive oil soap, check the ingredient it must be 100% natural

  • Optional: If you have non-greasy oil like sesame oil apply a small amount of it on your face. You can use a breeze of thermal water instead, for a soft skin.

You can have a flawless skin and still not be as satisfied as you hoped. Or not have the reactions you expected. People may say “you’re beautiful, you have such beautiful skin” it will always be less than “Thank you for your help! You’ve made my day!”
